Office365 routing rules

Before user configuration, run the base environment setup in PowerShell (always as local administrator).

1) Connect to Office365

Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

2) Create PSTN Gateway

3) Create PSTN usage record

4) Create voice routes

New-CsOnlineVoiceRoute -Identity "SBC-HIT" -NumberPattern ".*" -OnlinePstnGatewayList $FQDNHIT -Priority 0 -OnlinePstnUsages "SBC-HIT"

5) Create voice routing policy

New-CsOnlineVoiceRoutingPolicy -Identity "SBC-HIT-POLICY" -OnlinePstnUsages "SBC-HIT"

6) Create outbound dial plan

$nr1 = New-CsVoiceNormalizationRule -Identity "Global/SH-NR1" -Description "SBC-HIT-Regra1" -Pattern '^(\d{3,})$' -Translation '$1' -InMemory
New-CsTenantDialPlan -Identity "SBC-HIT-DialPlan" -NormalizationRules @{Add=$nr1}

7) Optional environment validation

8) End connection
