The training slide describes Azure AD sync: company directory users are provisioned into HitManager automatically, reducing manual user/extension maintenance. If a user already exists in AD, the integration can create the matching platform user. The system can register extensions automatically.

Configure an integration

Go to Administration → Integrations
Select the platform you want to connect
Enter API credentials (key, token, or OAuth)
Configure the events that trigger actions
Save and test the connection

Webhooks

HIT Manager V2 can send real-time events to any external system via webhooks:
