How do I get my extension password?

Log in to the PBX panel, navigate to the Extensions section, select your extension, and locate the Password field. Your credentials will be displayed there.

My extension is not working. What should I do?

The support team will need your public IP address to validate your connection. To get it quickly:

On Windows:

Open the Command Prompt (cmd)
Run the following command:

curl -L ifconfig.me
```
Your public IP will appear on screen.

This method works even if network restrictions prevent you from accessing websites.

I'm experiencing choppy audio or poor call quality. What can I do?

97% of audio quality issues are caused by the user's network. Follow these basic recommendations:

Use a wired (Ethernet) connection whenever possible.
If using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router/modem.
Run a ping test to check for packet loss:

ping google.com
```
If the issue persists, contact support and share your ping results.

Root cause breakdown: 97% user network · 1% server · 1% destination number coverage

I can't call external numbers and I hear a busy tone. Why?

Please check the following:

Number format: The number must be in E.164 format (example: +1XXXXXXXXXX).
Contracted services: Confirm that the destination you're trying to reach is included in your company's service plan.
