Users

The Users module lets you create, edit, and manage accounts for all operators and administrators on your HIT Manager V2 platform.

The Users area registers and manages all platform accounts: view name, email, role, and group; edit extensions, permissions, and profile; remove users when needed.

Available roles

HIT Manager V2 has three main roles:

Role	Description
Administrator	Full access to all features
Supervisor	Access to reports and agent monitoring
Agent	Access only to the operator panel

Create a new user

Go to Administration → Users
Click New user
Fill in the required fields:
- Full name
- Email address
- Assigned extension
- Role
- Assigned queue(s)
Click Save

The system will automatically send a welcome email with login instructions.

Edit a user

To edit an existing user's information:

Search for the user in the list using the search field
Click the Edit icon (✏️)
Modify the necessary fields
Save the changes

Disable or delete users

Warning: Deleting a user preserves their call history but the access cannot be recovered. It is recommended to disable rather than delete.

To disable a user, toggle the switch in the Status column of the user list.

Granular permissions

Within the Supervisor role, you can customize which modules are visible:

View Analytics reports
Listen to live calls
View other agents' data
Access queue settings

Search and filters

Use the search bar to find users by name, email, or extension. You can also filter by role or status (active/inactive).
