Dashboard

The Dashboard is the home screen of HIT Manager V2. From here you can view the general status of your communications system in real time.

The official deck begins with a cover slide (Treinamento Hitmanager V2, HIT Communications branding). There is no separate product screenshot on that slide—only branding and section navigation (Introdução, Sumário, Conteúdo, Agradecimentos).

What does the Dashboard show?

When you log in, the Dashboard presents the most important indicators of your platform:

Active calls — number of calls currently in progress
Connected agents — operators that are available, on pause, or on a call
Queued calls — how many customers are waiting to be served
Average wait time — average time users wait before being answered

Available widgets

The Dashboard is made up of customizable widgets. You can rearrange them by drag and drop according to your needs.

Call summary

A bar chart showing the call volume by hour for the current day. You can change the date range from the selector in the top right corner.

Agent status

A real-time table showing the status of each agent:

Status	Description
Available	The agent can receive calls
On call	Currently handling a call
On pause	Temporarily unavailable
Disconnected	Not logged in

System alerts

Notifications about critical events such as saturated queues, disconnected agents, or trunk failures.

Customize the Dashboard

To customize the visible widgets:

Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner
Enable or disable the widgets you want to display
Save the changes with the Apply button

Note: Dashboard settings are saved per user. Each operator can have their own personalized view.

Real-time updates

Dashboard data refreshes automatically every 5 seconds. No page reload is required.
