After installation, with the app open, follow the guidance on the main screen.

2. NUMERIC KEYPAD

2.1. Call information:
2.1.1. Dialing INTERNAL EXTENSION: just enter the 4 extension digits, example: 1234, when in the same location;
2.1.2. Dialing Branches: follows the same pattern, dial the 4 extension digits;
2.1.3. International dialing - external calls (Landline and Mobile): Dial 00 COUNTRY CODE + Number - example 00 + 1 + 1223345545667;
2.1.4. Outside dialing - external local calls (Landline and Mobile): Dial NUMBER - example: 38118400;
2.1.5. Outside dialing - external DDD calls (Landline or Mobile): Dial 0 DDD + NUMBER - example: 011 38118400.

2.2. Dialing Control Buttons:
2.3. Call: button to complete or end a call.

2.4. Audio Control Buttons:
2.5. Headset Volume;
2.6. Microphone Volume.

2.7. Buttons: DND (do not disturb), AA (Auto Answer), CONF (Conference), REC (Record Call - check LGPD law requirements before enabling this option).
