Add Account

Use the add account option to authenticate the user in the corporate environment.

Confirm organizational credentials and validate the account to enable calls, history, and tenant-linked features.

3.1. Account Name: fill with extension number + professional name
3.2. SIP Server: fill with the address provided by HIT
3.3. SIP Proxy: leave blank
3.4. User: fill with SIP + 4 digits of the extension number
3.5. Domain: fill with the address provided by HIT
3.6. Login: fill with the 4 digits of the extension number
3.7. Password: fill according to the password assigned to the extension
3.8. Display Name: fill with the professional name
3.9. Voice Mail Number: leave blank
3.10. Dial Prefix: leave blank
3.11. Dial Plan: leave blank
3.12. Hide Caller ID: do not select (if selected it hides SSID)
3.13. Encryption: do not select
3.14. Transport: select UDP
3.15. Public Address: select Auto
3.16. Update Register: 300 - Keep Alive: 15
3.17. Publish presence: do not select
3.18. Allow rewrite IP: do not select
3.19. ICE: do not select
3.20. Disable session timers: do not select
