Unlink account

Unlink your account when you want to use HIT Phone with a different Teams user.

a. Open Settings

Open the settings panel in the bottom-left corner.

In the settings menu, choose Unlink.

Click Unlink and confirm.

After confirming:

The current Teams user will see the initial HIT Phone notice asking for installation.
A login page opens in your browser.
Sign in with the new Teams user account and ensure Teams is signed in with the same user.
The connected extension remains the same.
