Call transfer

During an individual call, HIT Phone lets you transfer the call to another extension.

Attended transfer (`#99`)

On the call screen, open Keypad.
Dial #99 + destination extension (consult the callee before completing). E.g. #993502.
Wait for the audio tone confirming transfer.

You can also use Options and transfer via a contact — the contact must be saved first.
