Audit

For audit registration, click the Audit icon.

A menu will be shown for registering Monitoring and Recordings, Auditor Groups, and Auditors.

To register Monitoring/Recording Audit, click New in the Audit menu. A screen will open to register the following fields:

Audit Name: audit identification name.
Origin: entity to be audited (queues, extensions, and others).
Chanspy: enables real-time listening without users knowing the conversations from queues and/or extensions.
Record: enables and disables recording of queue and/or extension calls.
Auditor: selects who can listen to calls and hear recordings.
Time Condition: name of the time condition in which the audit will be activated.

In the List menu, you can view, edit, and delete created audits.

Auditor groups

To register Auditor Groups, click New in the Audit menu. A screen will open to register the following fields:

To register Auditors, click New in the Audit menu. A screen will open to register the following fields:

In the List menu, you can view, edit, and delete created auditors.

In the Recordings menu, you can search and listen to audited audios.
