Audio Billing Schedules

To upload audio or use text-to-audio transcription, click the Audio icon.

For Audio Upload:

For Text-to-Audio Transcription:

Click the NEW TEXT AUDIO button.
A new screen will open to register the following fields:
- File Name: name of the audio to be created.
- Text: text that will be converted into audio.
- Voice: choose the voice type for audio generation.

To register rate values, click the Billing Rates icon.

A menu will display call types: Local Landline, Local Mobile, Long Distance Landline, Long Distance Mobile, and International.

When clicking the edit button, you can set the value for each call type.

To change business hours, click the Business Hours icon.

A list will open showing the days of the week from Sunday to Saturday.

When clicking the edit button, a new window will open where you can define start and end business hours for each day of the week.

To register time conditions, click the Time Conditions icon.

A list will open where you can create, edit, and delete time conditions.

To create a new time condition, click New. A screen will open to register the following fields:

In the list, you can view, edit, and delete created time conditions.
