Contacts

To open your contacts list, open the menu in the top-left corner and select Contacts.

a. Contact actions

When you click Call, the contact’s phone numbers are shown so you can choose which one to dial.

If the contact has an email address, you can use Send email.

If the email address belongs to a Teams user, you can also open the Teams chat or start a Teams call.

When you click the three dots, you’ll see additional actions such as edit, delete, and favorite/unfavorite.

To add new contacts:

Select Add a contact.
Pick someone from suggestions (recent interactions) or search for coworkers in your organization.
Click Add when the button appears on hover.
