Extensions

Extension registration

To register an extension, click the Extensions icon and open New in the left-side menu.

Fill in the fields as instructed:

New: left-side menu; a registration form will open.
Extension: extension number.
Password: extension registration password (must include letters, numbers, and special characters).
User Name: extension user name.
E-Mail: extension user e-mail.
Voicemail Password: password to access voicemail when enabled.
Delete Voicemail After Sending by E-Mail: removes message after sending by e-mail to the user.
Voicemail by E-Mail: enables or disables sending voicemail messages by e-mail.
Director Type: defines whether the extension is a director (receives direct calls from secretary-group extensions).
Group: defines which group the extension belongs to.
Secretary Group: defines whether the extension is a secretary type.
User Can Call: defines the call types the extension can make.
Area Code: defines the extension area code.
Ring Time: ringing time before considering the call missed.
Active Callback: receives a return call when the extension was busy and becomes available.
SER (Card), SER (Hit), Web Code and Customer Cost Center: data provided by the carrier.

In List under Extensions, you can view, edit, and delete created extensions.

In Excel List, you can export configured extensions to a spreadsheet.

To register an extension group, click the Extensions icon.
