Operator Panel

The Operator Panel is the real-time monitoring view designed for team leaders and supervisors. From here you can monitor the status of all agents and active calls.

What the screenshot shows: Extension/agent cards with line status and a queue strip (e.g. queue name, members, pause/available indicators).

Real-time extension status (available, on call, etc.). Supervise calls with listen or whisper (coach the agent without the customer hearing). Manage queues with live status and agent pause controls.

Main view

The panel shows a grid with each agent's card displaying:

Agent name
Current status (available, on call, on pause, disconnected)
Duration in current status
Assigned queue

Status colors

🟢 Green	Available
🔵 Blue	On call
🟡 Yellow	On pause
⚫ Gray	Disconnected

Supervisor actions

Listen to calls (monitoring)

Listen to an active call without the agent or client knowing.

Click the card of the agent on a call
Select Listen
The call silently joins your extension

Whisper to agent

Talk to the agent during the call without the client hearing. Useful for coaching new agents.

Barge in

Join your microphone to the call to participate actively alongside the agent and client.

Queue panel

View the real-time status of queues:

Calls waiting and wait time
Available agents per queue
Service level for the day

Note: Access to the Operator Panel requires the Supervisor or Administrator role.
