IVR Flow

The IVR Flow (Interactive Voice Response) is HIT Manager V2's visual call flow editor. It lets you design interactive voice menus without any programming.

The IVR Flow editor uses a drag-and-drop canvas with connectable nodes.

You can delete, create, copy, and apply flows; add, delete, or edit items and their rules from the toolbar.

Available nodes

Node	Function
Start	Flow entry point
Play audio	Plays a recorded message or TTS text
DTMF menu	Waits for user to press a key
Condition	Logic branch based on a variable
Transfer	Sends call to an extension or queue
Voicemail	Redirects to voicemail
Hang up	Ends the call
Schedule	Branches based on business hours

Create an IVR flow

Go to Telephony → IVR Flow
Click New flow
Assign a name to the flow
Drag nodes from the left panel to the canvas
Connect nodes by dragging from connection points
Configure each node (double-click to open properties)
Save the flow

Text-to-speech (TTS)

If you don't have your own recordings, use the built-in Text-to-Speech engine. Type the message and the system automatically converts it to voice in the configured language.

Test the flow

Before activating it, use the Test flow feature to simulate a call and verify nodes behave correctly.

Assign to an inbound route

Once created and tested, assign the flow to a DID number under Telephony → Inbound Routes.
