Service Queues

To register service queues, click the Service Queues icon.

New: in the left-side menu. A screen will open to register the following fields:
Name: queue name.
Ring Strategy: defines how the queue will ring when receiving a call.
Ring Timeout per Extension: defines how long each extension will ring before passing the call to the next extension in the queue (except in the Ring All strategy).
Ring Second Call to Extension: defines whether queue extensions should ring even when busy.
Announce Queue Position: defines whether the caller will hear queue position and estimated waiting time.
Music on Hold: defines which audio/music the caller hears while waiting.

In the List menu, you can view, edit, and delete created service queues.

To register holidays, click the Holidays icon.

New: in the left-side menu. A screen will open to register the following fields:
Name: holiday name.
Month: holiday month.
Day: holiday day.
Destination: call destination (e.g., audio, queue, extension, and others).

In the List menu, you can view, edit, and delete created holidays.

To register satisfaction surveys, click the Satisfaction Survey icon.

New: in the left-side menu. A screen will open to register the following fields:
Name: satisfaction survey name.
Audio: satisfaction survey audio.

In the List menu, you can view, edit, and delete created satisfaction surveys.

In the Notes menu, you can view, query, and export created satisfaction surveys.

To register DIDs (inbound numbers), click the DIDs icon.

New: in the left-side menu. A screen will open to register the following fields:
DID: inbound number including country code and locality code. Example: (551138118400, where 55 is Brazil country code and 11 is Sao Paulo locality code).
Description: number identifier. Example: Headquarters, Branch, etc.

In the List menu, you can view, edit, and delete registered DIDs.
