This section covers the main phone features: extension status, dialing, conferencing, and shortcuts.

a. Connected extension

Below the numeric keypad you can see the currently connected extension (if any). Without an extension connected, you cannot make or receive calls.

b. Making calls

You can dial using the numeric keypad or type the number into the dial field, then confirm by clicking Call (or pressing Enter).

Local calls (landline or mobile): type only the number. Example: (31) 2104-5555 → 21045555.
DDD calls (landline or mobile): type 0 + area code + number. Example: (11) 3811-8400 → 01138118400.
International calls (DDI): type 00 + country code + city/area code + number. Example: 1-877-204-3930 → 0018772043930.
0800 / 0300: same as local calls.
Short codes / information (e.g., 190, 10530): same as local calls.

Redial: with the dial field empty, clicking Call (or pressing Enter) automatically inserts the last dialed number.

c. Starting a conference

To start a conference:

Click the arrow next to the Call button.
Select Start conference.
Add participants (internal users or contacts).
When ready, click Start conference.

If a contact has multiple phone numbers, you can choose which numbers will be included.

You can remove a participant from the selected list.

d. Do not disturb

When Do not disturb is active, calls to you will not ring and will be rejected. You will appear as unavailable and cannot be added to conferences or receive transfers.

e. Audio settings

In Audio settings, select the desired device. The change applies immediately and can be done during a call.

f. Call history

In call history you can find previous calls made or received, including time, date, and duration.

Available filters:

All: shows every call in history, including incoming and outgoing (completed or not).
Incoming: shows only incoming calls (answered or not).
Missed: shows only incoming calls you did not answer (not completed).
Outgoing: shows only calls you placed (completed or not).

Note: calls shown in red indicate the call was not completed.

g. Speed dial

Speed dial helps you start a call quickly. Lists can be expanded or collapsed by clicking their names.

If your contact’s email address belongs to a Teams user, you can open the Teams chat or start a Teams call.
