Audit (text only)

Create auditors and audited targets (users or queues); record and monitor (chanspy) audited calls. Supports auditor groups, recording search, and custom audit definitions.

Company settings

Define your organization's general data:

Company name
Logo — image shown in the portal
Timezone — important for reports and schedules
Default language

Business hours

Create schedules to control call behavior based on the time of day:

Go to Administration → Schedules
Click New schedule
Define days and time ranges
Assign the schedule to inbound routes or queues

Recordings

Manage system audio files:

Type	Use
Welcome	IVR initial message
Hold music	Audio while client waits
Queue message	Position or estimated time
Out of hours	When no service is available

To upload a recording: Administration → Recordings → Upload file (formats: MP3, WAV, GSM).

Backup and restore

Go to Administration → Backups
Click Generate backup
Download the .zip file

Important: It is recommended to generate a backup before making major changes to system configuration.
